No commitment. Simply a gentle and human way to get to know each other and clarify the next steps.
02. Consultation
Whether in person or virtually, the consultation allows us to fully understand the scope of the mandate, analyze your needs in detail, and propose initial ideas. We also use this meeting to take or collect photos of the relevant rooms and to take the necessary measurements for the project preparation and our service proposal.
The consultation is invoiced at the time of the meeting, then fully deducted from the mandate amount if you choose to entrust us with your project.
03. service offering
Afterward, a clear and detailed service offer is sent to you. We prepare a customized offer for each of our clients, so that you only pay for the services you truly need.
Our assignments are offered at a fixed price rather than by the hour, allowing you to know the costs upfront and know exactly what to expect. The service offer also specifies the payment terms and its period of validity.
04. project start
From the very beginning of the project, our team creates a personalized client portal that becomes your main point of communication with us. This platform centralizes all exchanges, documents, and information related to your project, so you don't have to sift through your emails to find our conversations.
